Mindful Stretching and Relaxation Hour

The Mindful Stretching and Relaxation Hour is being offered again at Pathways. Many people (both male and female) have expressed interest in a light, mellow stretching class. This one-hour session is a combination of stretches, gentle yoga poses, and guided relaxation with music. It is perfect for everyone, regardless of physical condition or age.

 

Come on a relaxing guided journey to stretch your muscles, get your body in better shape, and enjoy a place of calmness within yourself.
