Arvigo® Therapy
Self-Care Level 1
Arvigo® Therapy Self-Care Training, Level 1
Nächster Workshop in deutscher Sprache: Wuppertal, Deutschland:
28. - 30. Juni 2019

This 2 ½ day training teaches you how to perform Maya Abdominal Massage on yourself.

Additionally, we will discuss anatomy and physiology of the abdomen and pelvis, causes of a displaced uterus or swollen prostate, signs/symptoms, contraindications, emotional armoring and supportive healing modalities.

Our approach honors the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself and, as such, empowers participants with knowledge and tools that they can integrate into their daily life. Many problems, such as painful periods, incontinence, PMS, fibroids, infertility, pain during intercourse, difficult menopause, post-hysterectomy, scars, low back pain, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, swollen prostate and depression, just to name a few, will disappear as if by itself.

Self-Care Training is an introductory workshop of the Arvigo® Program; upon completion of this training, participants will be able to practice the Maya Abdominal Massage on themselves only. This workshop is the prerequisite for The Arvigo® Institute, LLC’s Professional Care Training, which educates licensed practitioners on how to perform this technique on others.
